  Desktop widgets are applications that users can download and install on their Mac or PC. They enable texts, images, audios and videos to be displayed in a totally customized environment.

  Desktop widgets are particularly useful for corporate image development because they are always active on the users´ desktop. They establish a permanent communication channel between the firm and its clients/users. Additionally, they are very helpful in sending important messages or other urgent communications to clients.
